For Emergency Heating:
This is for Emergencies ONLY. This would be no heat at all. ... If this is determined to NOT be an emergency as described then you will be charged for the service so please be sure this is truly an emergency.
For Heater:
Many of our service calls for the furnace are a result of “user error” as the cause, especially when seasons change from hot/cold and thermostats are not properly set. Please double-check your thermostat and also make sure you have clean filters properly installed. If you feel confident that the thermostat and filter(s) are in order, proceed with your request so we can get out to have a look.
For Emergency Plumbing:
This if for Emergencies ONLY. This would mean that you have water flooding. ...If this is determined to NOT be an emergency as described then you will be charged for the service so please be sure this is truly an emergency.
For Non-Emergency Plumbing:
Is the issue a clogged drain? We can and will get this taken care of quickly. However, please be aware that as the lease states if the clog is determined to be the cause of the resident then the resident will be responsible for the cost plus an additional $50 for the trip charge. Please be aware of this and save yourself $50 by calling your own plumber if you know the cause was created from a resident in the home.
For Electrical:
Many of our service calls are for “plugs not working” or “light won’t come on” and they turn out to be tripped breakers or GFI outlets. This could result in a repair charge-back because you are responsible for checking your breakers and GFI outlets before submitting a repair request. If you’re confident that your electrical problem is something other than a tripped breaker or GFI outlet, proceed with your request and we’ll come out to have a look.
For Other:
Please make certain it's not something involving "I saw a cockroach" or a "really large spider was on the wall". Your are responsible for any "bug issues" - unless it is deemed a technical "infestation". If the issue is something else...please let us know so we can get it handled.
